im 13/13 heroic. i havent started in on mythic yet but i have done some stdying on the first few boss's.

Looking to progress through the hardest difficulty in the game currently. Also looking for a cool relaxed enviroment.

depending on the fight i bounce between CoP as my lvl 100 talent and AS as my lvl 100 talent. Both rotations differ greatly.
Please explain your gems and enchants.:
focus on crit gems and enchants. makes it easier to bounce between the two talents without lsoing much dps

I can heal rather well as discipline. I also have a prot/ret paladin and a sub/combat rogue both above 715 ilvl

not as main raid leader.
